Mounds and Voids: From Human to Global Scale focuses on the industrial and human means required for profitable land exploitation, and on the global equilibrium of the mounds and voids generated by our local imbalances. Far away from large urban centres and the daily life of the privileged, what impact do digging and accumulation operations leave on our planet?  What do we see and what do we know about those who dig, extract, pick up, select bare-handed, in places where industrial machinery cannot operate?
